Rachel D’Alessio
(she/her)
Director | Psychologist | Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician
I am a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), and an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. With more than 13 years’ experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, I have worked alongside adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of eating disorders and related mental health difficulties.
I am deeply committed to supporting people with eating disorders. My work focuses on helping people move toward a life grounded in self-worth and no longer defined by food, numbers or appearance.
At Whole Form Psychology, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space and collaborate closely with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated support. My therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centred, and evidence-based. I practice from a Health at Every Size® (HAES) framework and adopt a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy that deeply respects each person’s lived experience.
