    Billing Information
    Whole Form Psychology operates as a private practice and does not bulk bill.
    Session fees are payable on the day of your appointment using a credit or debit card. Medicare rebates can be arranged immediately after payment so they are returned to your nominated bank account without delay.

    1. Obtain a referral from your GP (or a letter from your Psychiatrist/Paediatrician.)

    2. Depending on your eligibility, your GP may refer you under one of the following plans:

      Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP):
      Provides Medicare rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year.

      Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP):
      For individuals with an eligible eating disorder diagnosis. Offers up to 40 rebated psychology sessions and 20 dietetic sessions over a 12-month period.

      GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)
      Designed for individuals with long-term conditions (6 months or more) requiring coordinated care from multiple health professionals. Includes up to 5 Medicare-rebated sessions per year at a lower rebate rate than MHCP or EDP.

  • Private Health Insurance

    Some private health insurance policies include extras cover for psychology services. Coverage varies between providers and depends on your specific policy.

    It is recommended that you contact your health insurer directly to confirm:

    • Whether psychology is included in your extras cover

    • How much they will reimburse per session

    • Any annual limits that may apply

    If you are eligible, we can provide you with a paid invoice after your session so you can claim your rebate from your insurer.

  • After your first session, you can arrange future appointments directly with Rachel or book online.

    To secure a time that works best for you, we recommend booking 4–6 sessions in advance.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the Whole Form Psychology Client Portal (accessible by clicking ‘Book Now’ on the website.)

    Our cancellation policy requires at least 2 Business Days to avoid a full cancellation fee.

    Cancellations can also be made by responding to your confirmation text message sent two days prior to your appointment.

  • Before or after your first session, you might be asked to complete a few brief questionnaires to help Rachel understand your needs. During the appointment, time will be spent discussing how your challenges are affecting your life. You will be asked about your experiences, and together, you will co-create a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
